We aim to be transparent about every ingredient on our list, and will provide you with as many organic ingredients per product as possible. Apricot Kernal Oil

Highly nourishing and readily absorbed, this oil contains Vitamin A and E to soothe and slow down the ageing process. It has nourishing properties and is an anti-inflammatory.

Australian Pink Clay

This clay is best known for it’s softening superpowers. It is an essential mineral that will help to regenerate and condition the skin. It will gently cleanse and exfoliate the skin while improving circulation.

Candelilla Wax

This vegan and cruelty free wax provides gorgeous gloss and slip to our balm and polishes. It is the most frequently used wax when formulators look for a beeswax substitute. It is derived from the leaves of a Mexican shrub.

Organic: No. As there can be by products left behind in the processing of this wax from its source, it is difficult to find in organic form.

Carnauba Wax

This vegan wax is derived from the leaves of a Brazilian palm tree also known as the "Tree of Life" since local Brazilians use it for many purposes. It has been used in food manufacturing since the 1920's and is safe enough to eat.

Castor Oil

A natural emollient, castor oil makes an excellent protective barrier against harsh conditions. Anti-inflammatory and very soothing. Another wonder ingredient we love.

Camellia Oil

This is one of our luxe ingredients. We could use any carrier oil but choose this little beauty as it is an excellent all round moisturizer for the skin as well as being non-greasy. It has one of the highest content of naturally occurring antioxidants of all the botanical oils and contains phytosqualen, a natural component that has a similar structure to our skin’s sebum. It has amazing water retaining properties so it hydrates and nourishes, leaving your lips supple, smooth and plump.

Green Tea Powder

Also known as ‘matcha’  is a rich source of Vitamin C and Vitamin E. Known to repair the effects of ageing and environmental factors, the active constituents in green tea are the Catechin – Polyphenols which are powerful antioxidants. All hail green tea!

Sugar

Our sugar and sourced within Australia and is Australian Certified Organic. A great topical exfoliant and a natural humectant, it draws moisture from the environment into the skin which will help hydrate and keep moisture in. Sugar is a natural source of glycolic acid, an alpha hyroxy acid (AHA) that penetrates the skin encouraging cell turnover. And it tastes good too. What is not to love about sugar!

Mica

A naturally occurring finely ground mineral often used in makeup foundations. Because it is naturally produced it is a particularly well-loved ingredient among organic and natural beauty brands, and is safe to use on almost all skin types with little to no side effects.

Orange Peel Oil

Cold-pressed from the citrus fruit peels. Some of its properties include: antidepressant, antiseptic and aphrodisiac. In studies, results showed that microbial inhibitory of orange peel essential oils on the growth of mold and yeast was comparable with potassium sorbate.

Peppermint Oil

This cooling and refreshing essential oil has a fresh and herbaceous scent. It has antiseptic properties. Containing menthol, it is good for the skin because it gives a cooling sensation and nourishes dull skin, improving texture.

Shea Butter

Full of natural vitamins, omegas and essential fatty acids, shea butter deeply nourishes and protects. It forms the base of our luxe balm and polishes.

Spearmint Leaf Oil

This oil offers a sweet and minty taste and aroma. The antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral properties of spearmint make it a great natural disinfectant.

Rosa Damascena (Rose) Essential Oil

A calming and emollient essential oil with a strong, sweet floral scent. Therapeutic properties include being an antidepressant, antiseptic and anti-ageing.

Rose Geranium Essential Oil

A calming and beautifully fragrant essential oil which has been known to promote emotional wellness. Promotes soft and healthy skin and is anti-inflammatory.

White Clay

A naturally occurring clay mineral (silicate of aluminium), this ingredient helps to cleanse and exfoliate the skin cells on the surface of the skin. It does this by absorbing excess oil and water.
